Terms of Service
1. Scope and service
These terms govern AI STAFF business customer-assistance and personal travel-support services. Product pages, checkout terms and individual agreements also form part of the contract. The service uses confirmed knowledge for multilingual guidance and human handoff; it does not confirm live availability, bookings or payments unless expressly stated.
2. Eligibility
Users must be able to enter a valid contract. Minors require guardian consent. A business applicant must have authority to represent that business.
3. Account management
Keep registration details accurate and credentials secure, and promptly report suspected misuse.
4. Business subscriptions
Business is a monthly subscription. Scope and final price appear at checkout or in a quote. Setup fee is ¥0 and no annual plan is currently offered.
5. Personal purchases
Personal passes last 1, 7 or 30 days, are one-time purchases, do not renew automatically and end when the purchased period expires.
6. Prices and payment
Personal prices are 1 DAY ¥500, 7 DAY ¥2,000 and 30 DAY ¥6,000. Indicative Business prices are Starter about ¥5,000/month, Pro about ¥10,000/month, Hotel AI Staff about ¥20,000/month and Enterprise by quotation. Final Business checkout price, currency and tax display require approval before sales.
7. Automatic renewal
Business renews and bills monthly on the contract start-day date until cancellation completes. Personal does not renew.
8. Business cancellation
To cancel a Business subscription, submit notice at least two months before the requested cancellation date. The service remains available until the cancellation date, and normal monthly fees continue during the notice period. The contract end date is determined by the applicable billing cutoff and contract cycle. Fees already incurred when notice is submitted and fees incurred during the notice period are generally non-refundable.
9. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable. Personal excludes convenience, post-start and unused-day refunds. Business excludes fees already paid and fees incurred during the cancellation notice period. Exceptions include duplicate or incorrect charges, major failure caused by AI STAFF, or refunds required by law.
10. AI-generated responses
AI output may be incomplete or wrong. Confirm medical, safety, legal, emergency, live availability, price and booking decisions with official information or staff. Unverified information should not be presented as confirmed.
11. Accuracy
Business customers must keep supplied and approved facts current. AI STAFF prioritizes confirmed information but does not guarantee completeness or continuous currency.
12. Third-party information
Hotel, venue, tourism and transport information can change. Recheck hours, prices, availability and safety information with the relevant official source.
13. External services and APIs
The service may use AI, cloud, maps, payment and other providers. Availability and processing depend on their terms. Actual processors will be reflected in the Privacy Policy before sales.
14. Prohibited use
Illegal use, infringement, unauthorized access, excessive load, credential sharing, interference, false data, discrimination, threats and fraud are prohibited.
15. Intellectual property
Rights in the service, software, design, marks and provider content belong to the provider or lawful owners. No rights beyond necessary use are granted.
16. User content
Users must hold the rights and consents needed for submitted content. It is processed only as needed to provide, secure, maintain and improve the service as agreed.
17. Service changes
Features may be added, changed or ended. Materially adverse changes will be communicated by reasonable means in advance.
18. Maintenance and suspension
The service may be suspended for maintenance, failures, provider outages, disasters or security needs. Notice will be given in advance or promptly where feasible.
19. Account suspension
Access may be limited or suspended for breach, non-payment, misuse or security risk.
20. Limitation of liability
Except for intent, gross negligence and mandatory law, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
21. Changes to these terms
These terms may change with law, service or operations. Material changes will be announced before taking effect.
22. Governing law and jurisdiction
Governing law and agreed jurisdiction will be set when the seller and final contract are approved. No sale or payment starts before that update.
23. Contact
The official contact channel will be published on this site after operator approval.
