Business cancellation

To cancel, please request cancellation by the end of the month before your desired cancellation month.

After requesting cancellation, you may continue using the service normally until the end of the contract period you have already paid for.

To stop billing for the following month, the cancellation procedure must be completed by the end of the preceding month.

Refund policy

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

However, duplicate charges, incorrect charges, a serious failure to provide the service caused by us, or cases required by law will be handled individually.
