AI STAFF processes personal information only as needed to provide the service and protects it under applicable law.
2. Information collected
Depending on features used, we may process account and inquiry details, business data, AI conversations and uploads, usage/error logs, IP/browser/device data, and cookies or local preferences. Location is collected only after explicit permission. The current main-site inquiry form only copies text on the device and does not transmit it externally. After payment integration, the payment provider will process payment details and AI STAFF will not collect full card numbers.
3. Purposes
Purposes include service delivery, identity and contract administration, support, AI responses, staff handoff, quality and security, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance and important notices.
4. AI, APIs and cloud
Data may be sent to AI, cloud, maps, notification or payment providers as necessary. Actual providers, purposes, storage regions and transfer terms will be disclosed after the production architecture is confirmed; unverified vendors or regions are not claimed.
5. Disclosure and processors
We do not provide personal information to third parties except with consent, necessary processors, handoff to the relevant business, business succession, or legal requirement.
6. Retention
Data is retained only as needed for purpose, contract, disputes and law, then deleted or anonymized. Specific production retention periods for conversations, inquiries, accounts and backups require technical confirmation.
7. International transfers
Cloud or AI services may process data abroad. Destinations, safeguards and legal basis will be disclosed after providers and regions are confirmed. No unverified EU-storage claim is made.
8. Security
Reasonable safeguards include encrypted transport, access control, credential management and logging appropriate to the service.
9. Cookies and analytics
Language preferences may be stored on the device. If production analytics cookies are used, their purpose, provider and choices will be disclosed first. No unverified analytics provider is claimed.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent after identity verification.
11. Children
People below the legal age must not register or purchase without guardian consent. Information collected unintentionally will be handled appropriately.

Material changes will be announced before taking effect. The official contact channel will be published on this site after operator approval.
